CNC · PROTEK UNICO 4020
Our CNC enables shape cutting, milling, drilling, countersinking and threading. It is also used for relief milling, machining from both sides and edges in a radius or at a certain angle. This allows us to combine the external shape of the part, openings and assembly details in one order.
We process acrylic (PMMA), polycarbonate glazing, composite panels, aluminium and engineering plastics such as POM. When choosing a process, we take into account the material, thickness, tool access and the required final appearance.

Table size and workpiece height are equipment data. We check the feasibility and tolerance of each piece according to the plan.
We combine the individual processes depending on the product. Laser, CNC and panel saw have different tasks; cutting can be followed by polishing, engraving, bending or assembly.
Laser cutting
For cutting larger acrylic sheets and shapes according to plan. We combine the laser process with the material PMMA; for polycarbonate glazing, we choose another suitable cutting method.

The machine has two working zones. The actual cut and edge are adjusted to the thickness and geometry of the piece.

For the printed product, send the graphics and the cut line. We check the usable format according to the desired processing.
Engraving and motif preparation →Flat and round surfaces
Laser engraving machine for texts, graphics and details on panels and, with appropriate preparation, also on round objects such as acrylic tubes, rods, bottles and glasses.
Working surface 860 × 610 mm
Workpiece height up to 177 mm. For round objects: length up to 650 mm, outer diameter up to 150 mm and weight up to 4 kg. We check the shape and method of clamping before implementation.
Edge finishing
Machining of flat edges. With transparent acrylic, we can achieve a high gloss, but for a different look, we choose a matte or satin finish.
Workpiece length 20–3100 mm
The equipment allows processing up to 120 mm thick. The suitability of processing acrylic, polycarbonate glazing, POM or PVC and the achievable edge appearance are checked for the selected material.
Hot linear bending
For bending acrylic and polycarbonate glazing along specific lines. Double-sided heating is used depending on the thickness of the sheet and the required bend.

Sheet thickness up to 15 mm
The angle, radius, arrangement of bends and feasibility are coordinated according to the sketch of the final product.
Bending options →Straight cuts of panels
For preparing rectangular pieces of acrylic and polycarbonate glazing to size. It is a starting point for flat panels or further processing of components.
Send the length, width and quantity of each piece. Mark the edges that will be visible or intended for gluing.
It is not necessary to purchase the entire panel format.
Custom material cutting →We help with material selection and prepare technical drawings in 2D vector format. If you do not yet have final documentation, start with a description of the application, a sketch and basic dimensions.
Order preparation and services →We connect cut, machined and bent parts into stands, boxes and other custom-made products. The type of joint and adhesive are selected depending on the material and the desired appearance.
Product manufacturing and bonding →
In addition to linear bending, we offer thermoforming over a mould of panels. For a three-dimensional shape, please send a plan or sample and indicate whether you already have a mold.

We produce coloured acrylic mirrors by applying metal under high vacuum to transparent coloured acrylic. Describe the desired color, shape and application in the enquiry.
